FAQ : Outlook Express - New E-mail

The following instructions will guide you through configuring your Outlook Express e-mail client with your new e-mail account information.

Outlook Express

1. Open Outlook Express, Click File, then Select Identities and Choose Add New Identity 2. Enter IPGN Customer into the Name field 3. Select Yes to switch to the newly created Identity 4. Enter your full name into the Display Name field. 5. Enter your full e-mail address into the e-mail field and click Next. 6. Enter pop3.ipglobal.net into the Incoming Mail server field and smtp.ipglobal.net into the Outgoing Mail server field and click Next. 7. Enter your Full e-mail address into the Account Name field and your IPGN assigned password and click Next. 8. Click Finish to begin receiving and sending IP Global E-mail!
